4v4 Soccer

U6-U8 Age Group

Main Goal: Individual ball control

What They Practice: Dribbling and scoring

How They Play: No positions or goalies

The Vibe: High energy and fun

Training and Game Structure
  • Train once per week (Fall and Spring)
  • Compete in SLYSA League (Fall and Spring)
  • Participate in Winter Indoor League

7v7 Soccer

U9-U10 Age Group

Main Goal: Sharing the ball

What They Practice: Short passes and goalies

How They Play: Spreading out into shapes

The Vibe: Basic teamwork

Training and Game Structure
  • Train twice per week (Fall and Spring)
  • Compete in SLYSA League (Fall and Spring)
  • Participate in Winter Indoor League and Tournaments

9v9 Soccer

U11-U12 Age Group

Main Goal: Learning field positions

What They Practice: Long kicks and defending

How They Play: Attackers, midfielders, defenders split

The Vibe: Strategy and communication

Training and Game Structure
  • Train twice per week (Fall and Spring)
  • Compete in SLYSA League (Fall and Spring)
  • Participate in Winter Indoor League and Tournaments

11v11 Soccer

U13-U18 Age Group

Main Goal: Full adult game

What They Practice: Fast execution under pressure

How They Play: Advanced playbooks and formations

The Vibe: Competitive and intense
